Driver of the month
Our drivers are at the heart of our business.
All Strata drivers are pre-screened and put through an extensive skills test.
They are then thoroughly trained and educated on our processes and retrained 3 times per year.
They are constantly being incentivised for good driving behaviour and etiquette and each month there is a Driver of the Month award going out to the driver who scored highest on our fleet monitoring system.
